Web Developer: BreezyRecruit is hiring a Web Developer for a client building and maintaining marketing and product websites. Fully remote within the United States.
This is a broad front-end role for someone who enjoys shipping polished, accessible, quick-loading pages and keeping a growing site healthy as it scales.
What you will do
- Build responsive marketing and landing pages from design files
- Maintain and extend an existing WordPress and JavaScript codebase
- Improve accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA and keep Core Web Vitals healthy
- Work with designers, marketers and content editors on new campaigns
- Debug cross-browser and cross-device issues
What you bring
- 2+ years of professional front-end development
- Confident with HTML, modern CSS and vanilla JavaScript
- Experience with a CMS such as WordPress
- Comfortable with Git and code review
- Clear written communication in a distributed team
