Back End Developer: BreezyRecruit is hiring a Back End Developer for a client scaling a production SaaS platform. Fully remote within the United States.
You will design and own services that carry real production traffic, with genuine input into architecture rather than tickets handed down to you.
What you will do
- Design, build and operate APIs and backend services
- Model data and tune queries against relational databases
- Own reliability, monitoring and on-call for the services you build
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment safety
- Review code and mentor mid-level engineers
What you bring
- 5+ years of professional backend development
- Strong in at least one of Node.js, Python, Go, Java or PHP
- Solid relational database design and SQL
- Experience running services on AWS, GCP or Azure
- Practical grasp of testing, observability and incident response
